The gutter is essential. This is an obvious observation that has not so obvious implications. The gutter is a cluster of wooden platforms bridges and ladders located deep underground. The gutter is a location in dark souls 2 a forsaken area of darkness and poison where things are abandoned and since forgotten.

In the comic world this space is known as the gutter. Ladder it is hidden behind two jars. Go from the first bonfire in the gutter to the first in the black gulch in just over 2 minutes with this awesome shortcut. Here fall to another ramp below.

Zipline the beginning on the rooftop above the spot where you found the bandit greataxe. Once you walk onto the cliff with the statuettes destroy them all. In this part i start att the central gutter and go down all the way to black gulch mouth warp back to the upper gutter to take the path i dident take the first time. It is very similar in appearance to blighttown from dark souls.

Then jump down to the wooden ramp ahead and go down the path.
